Description
DREMC PET-GF is a blend of tough PET and glass fiber. glass fiber improves printability and increase temperature resistant compare to our PET-CF, while still help maintain the low warping and shrinkage of ordinary PET. DREMC PET-GF has excellent high temperature resistance and a soft glow appearance. Slightly easier printable compare to our DREMC PET CF.
Materials Features/Applications
- High quality LUVOCOM PET with added chopped glass fibre (<15%)
- Its has excellent strength, heat resistance, dimensional stability an ideal choice for used in high temperature application where dimensional stability is important under load. Annealing is recommended to improve its temperature resistant under constant load. (Following annealing, the dimensional variation remains under ~0.5%, guaranteeing precise tolerances essential for reliable and accurate functional components.)
- Its greats for jigs & fixture and functional parts, as its offer excellent toughness and resist brittleness.
- For best results annealing is required to improve HDT. (120c for 6-12 hours, depending on part density/size)

Not Recommended for AMS / CFS or similar systems but we have used in AMS 2/AMS HT without too much issue on ~12-36 hours prints with less than 50 swap for support interface layer. You may just want to ensure there is not too tight bend radius from AMS into inlets.
This spool does fit in the A1 / X1 / AMS / AMS Lite / Creality CFS / Anycubic Ace system, but as its a stiff materials its not recommended by us or applicable manufacturers, use at your own risk. Printing Settings/Requirements
A wear resistant nozzle must be used, carbon fiber material is abrasive and will wear standard brass nozzles and >0.5mm nozzle is recommended.
For best results, dry filament using a filament drier before use or print from dryer or dry box and keep in an airtight container or included mylar bag for medium/long term storage.
