Customs & Duty Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees or any local tax/vat, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. DREMC-STORE does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees or vat/tax or additional fee some courier may charge in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.

As the customer, you're considered an importer and must pay for any additional fees that are incurred through customs. We don't have any influence on these fees and are not able to predict what they will cost in advance.
