A support ticket is created when you send a message, if you don't received ticket number reference, you may have enter incorrect email or use submit ticket option or "need help" widget on the bottom left of the page.

If you need urgent assistance. You can call during 10am - 4:30pm during weekdays, other times you can leave a voicemail for call back request. Do note, hidden caller id or internationals call(non AU) will not be accepted. For International customer support, please reach out support via email. Due to a small team at DREMC, support line may be busy you can always try again at later time if that is case.
