A support ticket is created when you send a message. If you do not receive a ticket number reference, you may have entered an incorrect email address. You can also email support@dremc.com.au; you should receive an automatic ticket reply if your email was successfully received.

You can also use "Need Help" widget located at the bottom left of the page to submit a ticket.

If you need urgent order assistance, you can call us between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM on weekdays. Outside of these hours, you may leave a voicemail requesting a callback. Please note that calls with hidden caller IDs or international calls (non-AU) will not be accepted. For international customer support, please contact us via email. Due to our small team at DREMC, our support line may be busy. If you encounter this, please try again at a later time.

We can only provide basic compatibility checks, stock inquiries, service bookings, and sales inquiries over the phone. Extended troubleshooting or technical assistance cannot be offered via phone. If you need phone troubleshooting, please contact us through our designated support channels, please see our 3D Printing Consulting pricing or inquiry our service contracts, otherwise all technical inquiry is handled through our ticket system or on our discord server.
