Orders usually will take same or within 1 business days for us to dispatched your order if all item are in stock. On rare occasional order may take up to 2 business days if that happens, you will be notified via Email regarding the delay.

Our same day dispatch is 1PM AEST.

Why 1PM AEST? This ensure your item is packaged and is picked up by Australia Post. This mean, delivery within same city and certain areas arrives within next business day (On average 90% of our delivery).

Any Backorder item will be dispatched as soon we have stock on hand. We will provide a ETA via email if that occurs.

Standard Parcel is usually within 1-10 business days.

Express Parcel is usually within 1-3 business days.

Majority of orders are sent via Australia Post as it offer customer to use PO Box and Parcel Locker/Collect Address without any issues.

Larger purchase may utilised other couriers.

Sorry we currently don't offer pick up to consumer. Currently all website order is delivery only.

Pick up from/to B2B (Business to business partners) by appointment is available. If you're a established business please contact us on sales@dremc.com.au for us an setup an account. Before Sales

We try and keep everything in stock. All our product include live stock count for all products.

We provide a rough estimated for expected stock for some select product. This ETA may change depending on shipping condition and may update anytime.

Item with Available on back-order are source from supplier within 2 weeks from local/overseas warehouse. Due to reduce international flight, this is conservative estimates, ETA may be quicker depending on supplier.

All orders with product that is on backorder will received a email on update on status on backordered item. We will offer option to shipped the order when all item becomes available or send available item first.

Yes, all part are source genuine from respectfully supplier/manufacturers unless product branded "DREMC" where it in-house sourced parts, these are mostly product found in tools and general spare parts or our assembled and custom made upgrade kits. We do not stock direct clone but we do offer high quality compatible spares such as nozzles. To double check product manufacturer, please refer to blue text under each product listing.

Are you education or a business and require quotes or term payments?

Currently we do offer bulk discounting/educations discount depending on manufacturer of spares or 5% consumable discount on filaments, bed adhesives, FEP film. Discount is only applicable on approved accounts, please contact us.

Do you need send customer spare parts without branding? Do you service or maintain or sell printers but don't want hassle holding spares? If so, please contact us to discus a partnership.

As all order will shipped with our branding by default. Any request to remove invoice/packaging slip is not accepted as this is required in our process to ensure you received the correct item quickly and accurately. As this allow parcel that has been damaged and content loose to be located by couriers.

Our reseller and partners will have ability to place order without our branding as branding can be replaced by yours or blank be utilised. This require additional labour so same day dispatch is not applicable, next payment length is available.

After Sales & Return & Warranty

Invoice is downloadable within your order confirmation email from us. The download link is located on the bottom of the email. It also accessible if you create/login in your account and view your previous orders.

You can also email us support@dremc.com.au or use 'contact us' with your order number if you require your email manually emailed to you.

Purchase Order invoice are sent once we fulfilled the order. In most case will be included within your order.

If you have changed your mind following your order, the returned product has to be unused, and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Restocking fee may apply and shipping cost is not refundable for change of mind purchases.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept a return on your product if it has been used, as this doesn't enable us to sell the product as new / open box.

However if your item is faulty on arrival or develops a fault please get in contact with us and once we deem the product faulty through our Warranty then we shall be able to accept a return or issue replacement/refund in line with our Warranty Policy.

We will honour any manufacturers warranty if applicable. Please check each manufacturer warranty policies and length or contact us for information. Some product have limited wear lifetime warranty and request are forwarded to our manufacture and if approved replacement are dispatched from our warehouse if item are stock locally.


DREMC PRODUCT warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from the DREMC website for a period of 6 months from purchase. This warranty is subject to the following exclusions:


1. Does not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorised personnel.

2. Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.

3. Does not apply if the product is not proven to be faulty.
