Sorry we currently don't offer pick up to consumer/public. Currently all website order is delivery only.

Orders usually will take same or within 1-2 business days for us to dispatched your order if all item are in stock. On rare occasional order may take up to 3 business days if that happens, you will be notified via Email regarding the delay. You will only notified if dispatch of your order is over 3 business days.
Our same day dispatch is 1PM AEST for AUSPOST shipping method only.
Aramex/Courier Please is pickup within 1-2 business day. AusPost pick up orders daily, to ensure fast and consistent dispatch via this service. On rare occasional out of our control, pickup may be delay due to external factors, we can only ensure your order is packed and ready for pick up from third party courier.

AusPost picks up orders daily to ensure fast and consistent dispatch. On rare occasions, external factors may cause delays in pickup, which are beyond our control. We ensure your order is packed and ready for pickup by third-party couriers.
Why 1 PM AEST? This ensures your item is packaged and picked up by Australia Post, meaning delivery within the same city and certain areas arrives the next business day (on average 90% of our deliveries). This is not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to factors outside our control.
Any backordered items will be dispatched as soon as we have them in stock. We will provide an ETA via email if this occurs.
Transit estimates are provided at checkout for Australia Post based on our past orders. We can only guarantee the pickup and dispatch of orders within our policy. For the most up-to-date transit times, please refer to the respective service websites or the estimated delivery date.
AusPost Parcel is usually within 1-15 business days. (Australia)
AusPost Express is usually within 1-5 business days. (Australia)
Standard (Aramex/Courier Please) is usually within 1-15 business days. (Australia)
DHL Express is usually within 1-5 business days. (Australia Metro) 1-3 additional business day for rural.

At checkout, you can select from a list of couriers. Orders can be shipped via Australia Post, which allows delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers without any issues. We also offer other third-party couriers such as Aramex, Courier Please, DHL Express and Fedex; please use a physical address for these couriers, otherwise, your order may be cancelled due to an invalid shipping address.
DHL Express is ideal for business addresses or urgent deliveries, offering next business day service to most metro business addresses. Contact us if you need a specific delivery date. For residential addresses or more rural, we recommend Express Post as the fastest method.

We strive to keep all products in stock. Our website includes live stock counts for all products and provides rough estimates for expected stock for select items. These ETAs may change depending on shipping conditions and can be updated at any time.
Items available on backorder are sourced from suppliers within 2 weeks from local or overseas warehouses. Due to reduced international flights, this is a conservative estimate, and the ETA may be quicker depending on the supplier.
For orders containing backordered products, you will receive an email update on the status of the backordered items. We offer the option to either ship the entire order when all items become available or send the available items first.
Yes, all parts are sourced genuinely from reputable suppliers and manufacturers unless branded as 'DREMC,' which indicates they are in-house sourced parts. These are primarily found in tools, general spare parts, or our assembled and custom order parts from OEMs. To verify the product manufacturer, please refer to the blue text under each product listing.
Some products are 'compatible spares' that offer slight modifications for better reliability or a better price point for certain applications. Please note that some OEMs, like E3D, use generic clear OPP packaging for their spare parts. You can verify our authenticity on the E3D Official Reseller Page: https://e3d-online.com/pages/reseller-map.

After Sales & Return & Warranty
Invoices are emailed once an order has been shipped. They are also accessible by creating or logging into your account and viewing your previous orders.

You can also email us support@dremc.com.au or use the 'Contact Us' form with your order number, and we will email the invoice within 48 hours.
Purchase order invoices are sent once we have fulfilled the order. In most cases, they will be included with your order and emailed to your accounts team.
If you have changed your mind following your order, the returned product has to be unused, and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
Restocking fee may apply and shipping cost is not refundable for change of mind purchases.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept a return on your product if it has been used, as this doesn't enable us to sell the product as new / open box.
However if your item is faulty on arrival or develops a fault please get in contact with us and once we deem the product faulty through our Warranty then we shall be able to accept a return or issue replacement/refund in line with our Warranty Policy.
We will honour any manufacturers warranty if applicable. Please check each manufacturer warranty policies and length or contact us for information. Some product have limited wear lifetime warranty and request are forwarded to our manufacture and if approved replacement are dispatched from our warehouse if item are stock locally.
DREMC PRODUCT warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from the DREMC website for a period of 6 months from purchase. This warranty is subject to the following exclusions:
1. Does not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorised personnel.
2. Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.
3. Does not apply if the product is not proven to be faulty.

If we still haven't answered your question, you can contact us below and we will get back to you as soon as possible (Usually within 1-5 hours during business hours or within 1 business day during peak period). If you still haven't received a email from us within 2 business days, we recommend checking our help desk and checking your support ticket status. On the rare case our reply have been blocked by your email provider or moved and sorted into your spam folder.
Please use our ticket system for any pre- or post-sale support. If you need urgent assistance, you can call us and leave a message for a callback at the number below. While we cannot always answer your call immediately, we will reach out to return your call if you leave a voicemail.
Please avoid contacting us via SMS, as our SMS line is not monitored frequently. For technical support, please reach out via email. We cannot offer extended phone support unless you're existing service contract clients.
