We are an Australian owned business and net payment terms (15/30 days options) are available for educational institutes and government agencies. There are two ways to place your purchase order, as not all available item is visible on our public facing store. We support printers and printers hardware from our manufacturer/supplier list.

• Send us a copy of your purchase order (or a list of the products you require) to sales@dremc.com.au
• OR place an order online as normal and select bank deposit at during checkout to hold public facing inventory and send us PO for that order.

Purchase Orders are typically processed on the within 1 business day (QLD) , though may take longer for larger orders but usually when possible process on same day when it meets our cut-off.

 

 

 

PURCHASE ORDERS -  PRIVATE BUSINESSES & MAKER SPACE

Private Businesses can always place orders as normal on our website. If payment terms are required, then Private Businesses must apply before placing a purchase order. Once approved, please send your PO to sales@dremc.com.au . We will offer Star Track/DHL delivery for business address if requested, AusPost Express is the standard shipping option. We require minimal $5000 annual spend for net payment options or/and previous history of payment history. 

 

Quotes - Private Businesses, Educational Institutes and Government Agencies

If you are ordering in bulk or need an official quote for policy reasons then here's how:

• Send us an email with the SKU + QTY for each product you need to sales@dremc.com.au
• Include your shipping address and require delivery date if required parts by certain date.
• For special order items, we may required initial deposit for certain product, we will communicate if it will required.

What if an item is not listed on our site but we are official reseller or distributor? Feel free to contact us for assistant or use manufacturers/supplier provided SKU or a short item descriptions if a SKU cannot be provided in your purchase order.
