3D Printing Service [FDM]

For custom rapid prototyping or print‑on‑demand parts, please contact us to discuss your requirements. If you only need a print service, please submit a ticket with the following details:

  • Your STL/3D model file

  • Preferred material (colour preference) 

  • Quantity required

  • Intended use of the printed part

Every file is reviewed by a member of our team, who will provide recommendations on materials, print profiles, and feasibility. Pricing starts at a minimum order of $50 AUD.

Please provide your required NDA within your communication with us, or can provide our standard NDA for you to sign. 
  • In-House: All printing/design works is conducted on our premises, ensuring quality and confidentiality. You can see our print quality through our filament pages, we have some demo prints, as we mostly work with businesses, we don't usually keep photo for marketing purposes and print jobs completed photos are deleted monthly under our data retention policy
  • Professional Expertise: provide solutions that optimise both time and cost efficiency, if FDM is not efficient we will let you know and provide other alternatives or providers.  
  • Express Service Option: Expedited processing available upon request
    • Rush Fee: $100 (Only require if our printer have pending queue during high demand period to skip the queue and will depend on current queue)

For print on demand purpose, for mass production/commercial use you need provide us with your license to distribute design. For personal use, this is not required if design is "free accessible model with open commercial license", we will access each print request manually.

We will reject any print job/request if we believed files is not legal under QLD, Australia jurisdictions and we may report to appropriate authority where applicable (such as firearms). So please do not send us files that firearm related. We are not a gun smith, if that something you're looking we can provide suitable referrals.  

Filament Available: Polymaker Polylite ABS/ASA, Polymaker PC-Nylon, DREMC ASA, DREMC MATTE PLA and more. 

Printers we use: Voron 2.4, Voron Trident, Prusa Core One, Prusa One L , Prusa MK3+, Bambu Lab X1E / Carbon* but not limited as our current printer may vary depending on print queue. (We may also utilised our print partners for overflow capacity where required which are Prusa or Bambu Prints Farms depending on client requirements) 

Maximum Build Dimensions: 330 x 330 x 330mm 

 *Our Bambu are network VLANs with no external access, for more data sensitive project other machine are used with specific work flow and limited data storage.
