During the late December and early January holiday period, our warehouse and off site servicing departments will be closed. However, our online store and email support will continue to operate at limited capacity during this time.
Key Dates and Changes:
- Our store will be closed, with limited email support (48-hour response time compared to same-day replies) and no phone support, from 24th December 2024 to 2nd January 2025.
- Orders placed between 24th December 2024 and 1st January 2025 will be shipped by 6th January 2025, most will be shipped out on 2nd January 2025. Warehouse will operate up to 23rd December, we still will process some last minutes orders depending on courier on Monday 23rd but this not guaranteed.
- Normal operations, including phone support, resume on 6th January 2025 onwards.
- Gift cards will still be processed within 12–24 hours. Please try to order ahead of time and use the "send on" option to delay sending the email to the recipient. For urgent requests, please submit a support ticket.
Order Deadlines for Pre-Break Shipping:
- Orders placed on or after 1PM 24th December 2025 (AusPost Only) will be dispatched based on urgency and when it was placed** and 22th December 5pm on Monday for all other couriers.
- For parts or filament needed before Christmas or New Year’s, please place your order before the courier cutoff dates. Contact our support team with your delivery postcode for carrier recommendations.
Support During the Holiday Period:
- All inquiries should be submitted via email or through our ticketing system.
- Phone lines will redirect to voicemail. Voicemails will be addressed once we return to the office on 2nd January 2025.
- Service contracts, please refer to your contract and email sent in early November or contact us if you have any additional concerns.
- New off-site jobs request will resume around early February.
