Fiberon™ PA612-ESD merges nylon's strength and thermal stability with static-dissipative features, enabling the production of ESD-safe components such as housings, jigs, and fixtures essential for the aerospace/electronics sector.

Print Settings:
Printing Temperature: 280˚C - 300˚C
Bed Temperature: 40˚C - 50˚C
Printing Speed: up to 300mm/s
Fan: OFF
Direct Drive:
Retraction Distance: 1-3mm
Retraction Speed: 20-40mm/s
Drying Settings: 100˚C for 10h
(Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
For even better performance, you can anneal this material for 16 hours @ 100°C.
Printing Requirements
- All-metal hotend 280˚C+
- Hardened nozzle
- Annealing post printing
- You may need a filament dryer depending on the humidity of your environment. Keep dry when not in use.
