  • Aramex – Resume Operations and collected pending orders.
  • All courier has resume operations, future collection should not be affected by this weather event but delay may occur during transit for upcoming days. 

Update for Monday, 10/03/2025 - 3:15pm

  • AusPost, FedEx, and DHL Express – Collected all pending orders
  • Couriers Please – Collected most orders; some missed and scheduled for pickup tomorrow
  • Aramex – Not operating delivery/pick up today (Monday), expected to resume service tomorrow hopefully but we keep eye on status/update (Service Updates)

With Tropical Cyclone Alfred approaching and with our warehouse located in the centre of the expected path we have made the decision to follow the governments direction to close our dispatch warehouse from Thursday 6th March, to Friday 7th March. 

  • No orders will be collected from our warehouse until Tuesday 11th March. Depending on the damage from the cyclone this may change. Any orders placed from 1pm Wednesday 5th March will not be collected until Tuesday 11th March or later date.
  • At this stage pickups and deliveries will resume from the week starting Monday 10th March, but this may change. With the expected flooding/staff shortages, areas may be closed off causing further delays. 
  • You may received tracking information, between now and next week but order may not been pick up til week of 10th March depending on local condition. 
  • Order placed before 3:00pm Friday 7th March has been packed and is ready for collection for courier either on Monday 10th or 11st Tuesday by the latest. If power is still available on Monday weekend order will be packed and be ready for courier either on Monday or Tuesday when our courier partners has resume operations.
  • As of 8:00 am Monday 10/3/2025, we still have power and plan to operate our warehouse normally(where we pack your order for courier collection) but all offsite servicing are paused til later Wednesday onwards(pending weather/road conditions).

As Tropical Cyclone Alfred moves through our region(Brisbane Australia), we anticipate potential disruptions to our order dispatch and support operating hours later this week. Severe weather conditions, including strong winds, heavy rainfall, and flash flooding, may lead to:

  • Courier delays due to limited pickups and road closures.
  • Extended power outages, affecting order processing and response times.
  • Reduced support availability as our team navigates local conditions.

Update: Order dispatch may be delay longer towards next week depending on Cyclone and power availability early next week. Our best estimate is the order placed after Wednesday may not dispatch til next week after the Cyclone has passed. We will have the order ready for courier collection on Wednesday, 5 March 2025, but collection is not guaranteed due to the ongoing weather event. We will communicate to customers towards end of Wednesday business day if courier did not attempt pick up.

Store Hours: DREMC will be closed on Thursday/Friday, limited support will be offer over our ticket/email system but expect delay reply during this time period.
