E3D Hemera XS Direct Kit (1.75mm) 24V

V6 Hemera XS is 92g lighter and 11mm shorter than classic Hemera. A custom stepper motor means it can move faster on your 3D printer’s motion system with less inertia than classic Hemera, reducing print artefacts such as ghosting. Its compact size also means it occupies less space inside your 3D printer’s build volume – useful for smaller 3D printers.

Dual drive

A dual-drive, hardened stainless steel drive train provides a huge boost in grip compared to single drive systems. As standard, Hemera is fully capable of printing abrasive filaments without risk of premature wear.

Easily adaptable

The T slot mounting system means you can easily design mounts for your 3D printer or choose from a selection of pre-designed mount adaptors to get you set up as quickly as possible.

Excel with flexibles

Hemera constrains your filament like no other HotEnd/Extruder combination. This makes flexible filaments such as TPU considerably easier to print with, and dramatically increases the responsiveness when using standard materials like PLA or PETG.

A unique heatsink design

Hemera’s optimised heatsink design ensures airflow is diverted up and away from both the HotEnd and the heated bed, reducing the risk of warping and uneven stresses forming in the printed part.

Compatible

Hemera maintains compatibility with the V6, Volcano and SuperVolcano heater blocks and nozzles.

Please note:

Whilst Hemera’s custom motor is similar to a Nema 17, it isn’t a standard Nema 17. Therefore, Hemera is not compatible with other Nema 17 motors and you will not be able to swap the motor with either a compact but powerful, slimline motor or other 3rd party motors.

Hemera is only available in 1.75mm.
