High Quality bearing and POM, if you find POM is wearing out frequently we suggest adjusting your eccentric nut and clean rails between prints to ensure smooth travel. It should require minimal effort to move each axis. For carriage our recommendation is tightened to a point where carriage has no wobble and loose a a eighth turn. Some dust may appear on the extrusion as all POM require some time to wear in. You can wipe the excess dust and should not build as frequently but can build up dust over time so recommenced wiping dust from wheel between every 100-200 hours.
