Description
This printing surface is made of PEI, a high-performance polymer from Japan that has a smooth. It offers excellent adhesion for various 3D printing materials such as PLA/ABS/ASA**. This is replacement sheet suitable for most printer size and offer extra spare for smaller build size, it has pre applied high temp 3M adhesive to allow easier re-application onto flex build plate.
Note: PEI is quite sharp and require sharp knife to cut to size, we highly recommenced wearing a cut resistant glove, during the application process. Please check below install video for process to replace smooth PEI film on your existing flex sheet.

Documentation:
**Smooth PEI is NOT recommended PETG/TPU/PCTG prints without some release agent, the smooth side design and tested for ASA/ABS/PLA, materials such as PETG/TPU/PCTG/PC will adhere but might form too much adhesion without the use of a release agent**.
Some engineering ASA/ABS materials may require bed adhesive/PVA glue barrier to ensure parts adhere well and have barrier between build surface to prevent damaged to build plate. It is still recommended to apply thin bed adhesive/PVA glue barrier to allow easier part removal.
These are not recommended to be use with TAP due to the softer of this black variant on them and high probing pressure of tap. Tap will indent the PEI when used, or printer using strain gauge with nozzle to probe bed.

As larger flat items and long product are shipped separately compared to general spares/filament to ensure those arrived safely.
