This kit comes with a plug and play Heater Core and thermistor, fully compatible with Ender 3 V3 printer. Stock z-height, build volume and firmware remains unchanged.

Upgrading your Ender 3 V3 to a FlowTech ecosystem allows you to use a full range of FlowTech, leak-proof nozzles including Diamondback nozzles that have a solid diamond tip - NOT a diamond coating.

Not as usefull as I hoped. Certainly quitly fiddly to maintain.

Was quite excited to upgrade my Ender 3v3, however the reality of the upgrade probably needs to be shared. Yes, once installed, it was was a direct drop in, "non need to change firmware" change. The prints are slightly better than the OEM Creality hot end. One will need to re-calibrate flow ratios and PA's. However... the nozzle clogs up more easily. I have removed the third time now and that is using just PLA+. This is were some if the issue arise. Firstly during installation:
1. The heat transfer paste can make a mess. Makes sure it goes only where its needed, i.e the collar of the copper part the is inserted into the heatsink. That paste is hard to clean up.
2. Use the original grub screw for the heat sink, but do not pull it too tight. (More on this later)
3. Make sure it in the exact correct position.
4. Install the rest as specified.
The heater section will be loose before the nozzle is installed.
When removing the nozzle, to either clean it, or change it to another. (As is the case with TPU, you cannot really use the tripple chamber flowteck nozzle to TPU, it clogs up). The copper insert slips out. The 'O' ring and heatsink paste does not hold it in place. When you remove the nozzle, the heater section is lose and the copper insert can drop out. As soon as you insert a new nozzle, the tabs of the copper insert may not be aligned with the heatsink. You do not notice this until you tighten the nozzle. To fix this, you need to remove the entire heater assembly and put it all back into place. In my case, I had to replace the heat sink as well and I threw out the old one including the grub screw that holds the original unicorn type nozzle in place.
Keep that grub screw, use it to hold the copper insert in place and possibly use some loctite to hold it in place. Probably need to take care no to over tighten or the copper insert may bend.
In my case, I have now bent the tabs on the copper insert, possibly distorted it tube and now need to purchase replace creatlity parts (grub screw) to make this easier to use. The fact that I need to change nozzle for TPU, does not make this upgrade a practical is hoped. I will probably be going back to original parts as the end print was not that much different, and maintenance became more complicated.

Thanks for the feedback, I will forward the feedback to Micro Swiss regarding the grub in heat sink, so they can have updated in their manual.

In regards to clogs, are having those on CHT CM2 or Regular Brass (stock)? Are you full clog or partials clogs? Have you try cold pulls to diagnose what is getting stuck in nozzle? If you have more issue, feel free reach out and happy troubleshoot the issue.

In regards with TPU printing with all CHT style nozzle, its not recommended, I think before your purchased I did mention that. I think at that time, you wanted abrasive resistant option and were low non CHT CM2, in size you wanted. In the future, you may have better luck sticking with non CHT version.

Otherwise those copper spare hardware can be purchased separately.

Broke my stock Ender 3 v3 hotend looked for an upgrade and found this once installed improvement was definitely noticeable flow rates were way higher and just the overall quality of product was great and very easy to install
