Description
DREMC PA6 CF Filament 1.75mm 1kg combines the strength and durability of polyamide 6 from LUVOCOM with carbon fibre reinforcement, delivering exceptional mechanical performance. Ideal for parts exposed to moderate heat and vibration environment such as jigs and fixtures.

Printing Settings
A wear resistant nozzle must be used, carbon fiber material is abrasive and will wear standard brass nozzles and >0.5mm nozzle is recommended.
Nylon is highly sensitive to moisture, we recommended a proper dryer and dry before and during printing, some older dryer without fans and exhaust outlet or cannot reach high enough temperature will not dry nylon thoroughly. You need a dryer that can reach at least 60°c+, we recommend using filament clamp when drying above 70c to avoid spool splitting due to glue adhesive or avoid dryer with heater element is at core (Eibos X Dryer). We also recommended you ensure you store filament well during storage and re-dry before use.
For best results, dry filament using a filament drier before use or print from dryer running or dry box. Keep in an airtight container or included mylar bag for medium/long term storage with silica desiccant. Note: Due to the low co-efficient of friction please ensure you have smooth filament path from filament box/dryer. We recommended 3x4mm PTFE to be used for reverse bowden.

* As always you should do temperature to tower as each machine printing temperature may vary depending on hotend/printing speed etc. (Test Sample on Dragon HF 0.5mm Gamma Master with VZ Extruder)
