For custom rapid prototyping parts/print on demand service, please contact us to discus your needs but if you just need print service please submit your ticket with your STL/Model, material and colour preference, qty and product intended use.

    • If you do require NDA, we able to provide one if you wish to partner with us, if you have your own NDA we may need to review agreements before we go ahead with in depth discussion/quote. Please request you require NDA within your communication with us, and we provide a NDA for you to sign. 
  • In-House: All printing/design works is conducted on our premises, ensuring quality and confidentiality.
  • Professional Expertise: provide solutions that optimise both time and cost efficiency, if FDM is not efficient we will let you know and provide other alternatives or providers.  
  • Express Service Option: Expedited processing available upon request
    • Rush Fee: $100 (Only require if our printer have pending queue during high demand period to skip the queue and will depend on current queue)

For print on demand purpose, for mass production/commercial use you need provide us with your license to distribute design. For personal use, this is not required if design is "free accessible model with open commercial license", we access each print request manually. We will reject any print job/request if we believed files is not legal under QLD, Australia jurisdictions and we may report to appropriate authority where applicable.  

Filament Available: Polymaker PLA (Terra & PLA+ Pro), Polymaker Polylite ABS/ASA, Creality CR ABS/PLA, Polymaker PC-Nylon, DREMC ASA, DREMC MATTE PLA. 

Printers we use: Voron 2.4, Voron Trident, Prusa MK3+, Bambu Lab X1 Carbon* but not limited as our current printer may vary depending on print queue. 

Maximum Build Dimensions: 300 x 300 x 300mm 

 *Our Bambu are network VLANs with no external access, for more data sensitive project other machine are used with specific work flow and limited data storage.
