Introducing DrHotSwap, a hot-swappable spare part collection specifically designed for DREMC and compatible with a wide range of 3D printers, including Creality, Prusa, and various DIY builds. The thermistor and heater modules can be quickly removed and replaced using Molex Micro Fit connectors for heaters, which are compact and rated for higher current, making them reliable and widely used.

This design means you only need to replace the module, resulting in lower costs and significant time savings since there’s no need to re-route wiring. You can easily build a couple of replacement toolheads or hotends, allowing for quick swaps whenever you need to change materials, nozzles, or address filament blobs.

We offer a range of thermistor types, including PT1000, 100K, and 104NT, enabling you to print with nearly 99% of FDM materials available on the market. Our heater cartridges are designed for high flow nozzles, providing sufficient wattage to ensure consistent melt flow.

All heaters are rated up to 500°C and constructed from high-quality stainless steel for enhanced temperature reliability, even heating and ease of installation. Our thermistor cartridges and screw thermistors feature built-in strain relief for improved reliability. Similar newer batches are using ADR tech to solder thermeristor module into tube for better reliability from being damaged from rougher handling. 

Additionally, we offer 90-degree heater cartridges, which reduce strain on the connection at the heater, making them ideal for standard hotends.
