Our Store will be closed and have limited email support (Replies within 48 hours compare to same day) (no phone support) during the week from 22th December 2023 - 9th January 2024. Order place between 29th Dec 2023-9th Jan 2024 these period will be shipped out by the 8-9th January 2024. We are back to normal operations on the 9th January 2024.
Order will still be dispatched before 29th Dec 2023 but only on non Public holiday days and closing earlier on 29th with dispatch cut off time at 8am 29th Dec 2023 for AusPost. For Courier Please/Aramex before 5pm 28th Dec 2023 AEST. Any order placed after will be shipped by 9th January 2024 based off order urgency*.
If you require parts or filaments before Christmas/New Years, please ensure you place your order before below courier cut off dates to ensure in stock items are shipped out. If you have delivery time-frame, please contact our support with delivery post code and we offer delivery carrier recommendation.

- The slow rollout of batch and serial tracking on all spares parts to ensure consistent and bad or poor quality batch are caught early.
