Bondtech CHT BiMetal Coated Nozzle - MK8 / V6 / Volcano - Australia

The Bondtech CHT BiMetal nozzles are now available to buy in Australia. Very short batch run available now, more stock are arriving early next year. Grab them now while still in stock.

The Bondtech CHT BiMetal Coated Nozzle is designed to handle tough filaments with ease, while also boosting extrusion speed and print quality. Now available in MK8, V6, and Volcano sizes, this nozzle is a smart upgrade for any maker looking for speed, strength and reliability.

Built with a copper body and hardened steel insert, it offers excellent thermal conductivity along with wear resistance. The CHT (Core Heating Technology) design splits the filament path into three smaller channels, allowing the filament to heat faster and flow more smoothly. This is especially useful when printing at high speeds or with materials like carbon fibre, glow-in-the-dark PLA, or filled PETG.

These nozzles are fully compatible with popular hotends, including Creality, E3D, Bambulab (with V6 adapter) and others. Whether you’re printing functional parts or high-detail models, Bondtech’s BiMetal nozzle delivers consistent results and extended durability.

Why Choose Bondtech CHT BiMetal Nozzles?

  • Designed for high flow and speed

  • Resistant to abrasive materials

  • Compatible with MK8, V6 and Volcano hotends

  • Durable and long-lasting
