Why We Don’t Offer a Pick-Up Service

At our core, we aim to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. However, you may notice that we don’t offer a pick-up service for orders, and we’d like to share the reasons behind this decision.

A Small but Dedicated Team

Our team is small and works primarily off-site to ensure we can assist our business and educational customers effectively, whether it’s through technical support, fulfilling orders, or managing inventory. Offering a pick-up service would require additional staff to be on-site continuously, reducing our ability to focus on the broader needs of our core customers for our business to operates.

Inventory Management Challenges

Holding inventory for extended periods awaiting pick-up adds complexity to our stock management. It’s more efficient to dispatch items promptly, ensuring quicker turnover and availability for all customers. This approach prevents delays and ensures a smooth operation.

Streamlined Fulfilment Process

By focusing on shipping orders directly, we streamline our fulfilment process, enabling us to process and dispatch your purchases more efficiently. This method ensures that orders are handled with care and delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner.

Our Commitment to Convenience

We understand that some customers may prefer pick-up for convenience or to save on shipping. While we’re unable to offer this option, we work hard to provide fast and reliable shipping services to meet your needs. For local customers, we use live rates from couriers, which you may notice already offer significant discounts compared to retail Australia Post rates. In 2024, 95% of our orders shipped via Australia Post Standard Post within Metro Brisbane were delivered within 1–2 business days, often the next day after your order was picked up by Australia Post during non-peak periods.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support. We’re committed to serving you efficiently and ensuring a seamless shopping experience!
