We want to give you a heads-up about an upcoming change to our shipping rates.

Update (11th May 2026): Fuel Surcharge for June onwards is now 19.5% from 12% for AusPost, Aramex to 18.30% from 12.30%.

From 23 April 2026, Australia Post will increase its fuel surcharge from 4.8% to 12%. This surcharge is applied to all Australia Post services and directly impacts the cost of shipping. Other couriers have not released their fuel surcharges rates, for April but once those has been released this page will be updated to reflect the change.

For Example:

Based Freight Price $10 (previously the fuel surcharges would be only $0.48, now the $1.2 with 12%)

Because all of our shipping rates are live-quoted via courier APIs, any increase in courier fuel surcharges is reflected immediately in the rates you see at checkout. This means that from late April, you will see a temporary increase in your shipping costs.

The important thing to note: This is a direct pass-through of courier costs. When the fuel surcharge situation stabilises and rates drop in future months, the shipping prices shown at checkout will automatically decrease to reflect the lower surcharge. So this reason you may notice through the year, the freight can change slightly due to monthly changes, if its lower the freight will be automatically cheaper.

We are not increasing our base shipping margins, the rate you pay is what the courier charges us at the time of your order. To the beat the price increase, you can place your order before those new fuel rates are applied or use $5 off $150 or more orders to save on freight cost on larger orders.

As always, we appreciate your understanding and support. If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to contact us.
