Parcel Post items sent to Western Australia from the east coast of Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered (based on our current estimates) due to Heavy rain and flooding has closed the Sydney-to-Perth rail line.

Currently delivery via Express Post to SA Metro is 1-2 business day, WA Metro is 2-5 business day. Due to increase demand on express, auspost is stating express to affected area may take extra 2 business days. If you have issues or delay on delivery, please contact support or lodge missing/delay parcel with AusPost.
